With over 12 years of experience as a School Counselor and a National Certified Counselor in the United States and in Italy, I've dedicated my career to nurturing students' emotional and psychological well-being. Having embarked on an expatriate journey to Milan, Italy, where I’ve resided the past six years, I've embraced the challenges and joys of adapting to a new culture, language, and way of life.

I work primarily with children and adolescents through solution-focused counseling, using various other methods and techniques to best meet the needs of the client. Having worked in schools for many years, I understand the whole school, whole child perspective and work in close relationship with the full team- child, parents/guardians, and school- as necessary. Areas of expertise are: stress and anxiety management, executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, social skills development, self-esteem and confidence, grief and loss, divorce/separation, and expatriation.

Alongside my school counseling expertise, I hold a post-graduate certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy, which I integrate into my practice when able, encouraging the therapeutic potential of creativity and self-expression.

Whether you're a parent seeking guidance and help for your child or an expat embarking on a new adventure, I'm here to offer support, inspiration, and the tools for personal growth and resilience.
